Our patients love when they get Claudia on the phone to help schedule their home visits and her fluency in Spanish makes scheduling convenient for our patients.

Insurance/Appointment Verification

Blanca is a great asset to our practice and our patients by working tirelessly to properly verify insurance benefits. Blanca does this so that we know what treatments are or are not covered before meeting the patient. This helps us greatly reduce out of pocket costs to our patients. Blanca can also contact insurance companies to get authorizations for visits and/or treatments, so our patients do not have to spend hours on the phone with insurance companies. This has set our office apart from many others, by taking the burden off the patient. Blanca graduated from NIT, has spent 12 years in the health care industry and is fluent in Spanish.
