With a career history in the healthcare insurance industry and customer service, Kim makes certain our patients receive the best service she can offer. She also arranges all the physicians’ house call visits and coordinates with home health agencies to ensure patients can be treated in their homes when necessary. FAS The Woodlands is happy to have Kim as a part of our practice.
Patient Care Coordinator
Suzanne joined our team as patient care coordinator for FAS The Woodlands and brings with her many years of experience in a medical practice. She enjoys all the different aspects involved in contributing to a medical office and thrives on giving our patients the best service she can. Suzanne is a great addition to the FAS team.
Certified Medical Assistant/Medical Coordinator
Cheryl has a very focused and unique skill set for a podiatry assistant. Cheryl is a Certified Podiatric Medical Assistant with many years experience in Podiatry specific practices. Cheryl assists with patients’ care and her ability to identify skin and nail problems allows her to be an extremely helpful asset. Cheryl’s fun, energetic personality is a delight to the patients we visit.
Assistant House Call Coordinator/Medical Assistant
Nikki has a Bachelor degree in Exercise Sports Science. She has worked with our patients in varying roles and is currently coordinating our physicians’ house call visits. Nikki works closely with home health agencies to ensure patients needs can be met in their homes when necessary. Nikki also helps as a medical assistant, rooming and performing triage for our patients. Our patients love when they get Nikki on the phone to help schedule their home visits.
Brittany is the newest addition to the FAS team! Brittany helps in rooming patients, assisting with medical treatment and assuring that patients’ experience at FAS is the absolute best! She is in constant communication with patients regarding their diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment and any other questions they may have.
Megan is a joy to have in our office. Megan helps schedule house visits, receives phone calls and assists in verifying insurance information and appointments. Megan always has a smile and is able to help with any task in the office.
